How does purchasing a property from your site work?
First, find the property of your dreams! Give us a call to ask any questions, and perform your due diligence. When you’re ready to buy, just let us know. We’ll prepare a sale agreement for you to review and sign. When you return the agreement, we’ll have a local title company arrange closing on the property.
Are you a real estate agent?
No. We are investors. That means we either own title to or contractual interest in all the properties listed on our site. That means you can negotiate with us directly, and there are no commissions on the sale! If you’d like to work with your own real estate agent, no problem, feel free to have them give us a call!
Can you help me look for a specific kind of property?
Of course! We use feedback from our buyers to help us determine what kinds of properties to focus on acquiring. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, let us know so we can make a note for our next round of acquisitions.
Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?
To ensure a safe transaction, we close our sales through title companies local to the property being sold. As with most real estate transactions, there are some closing costs charged by the title company, as well as recording fees, tax certificates, etc. charged by the county where the property is located. In our experience, these fees generally fall around $1,000 – $1,500 per transaction. For specific details on any particular property, just ask!
Why are your properties so cheap?
This is our favorite question! We specialize in sourcing choice properties at deep discounts. Because we’re in the business of selling land, we pass our savings along to the buyer to build a win-win situation and facilitate a quick sale!
How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?
All our sales are closed through licensed title companies, who perform 30+ year title history searches, and offer title insurance to cover any title defects they miss. This is the ONLY way to know for sure that your purchase is safe and secure.
